Hello…. I’m delighted to welcome you to chocolate paradise.
I’m a final-year student at Bishop Grosseteste University, studying for a BA (Hons) in Business & Team Entrepreneurship. As a super-keen baker and lover of all things sweet, I set up my bespoke baking company, “Almost All things Cocoa” at Cocoa Bakery in Norton Disney.
Motivated by a very sweet tooth, I began baking at a very young age. At home, with my mum, I first forayed into the world of gingerbread men, iced buns smothered with smarties, chocolate cornflake cakes and jam tarts. I now love unleashing my creativity in the kitchen and working with new ingredients, and of course eating everything… especially carrot cake.
The company was officially launched in January 2018 and I now bake bespoke creations for events and charitable functions. This includes cakes, tray bakes, truffles, cookies, fudge and what ever I am challenged to.
In April 2018, I was awarded a contract with Bishop Grosseteste University to provide my treats for the University Refectory.
I have a Pedlar’s Licence which I use to roam the streets of Lincoln, selling from my old-fashioned usherette tray.
